RETURNS

  • Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.

  • Grooming products, hats, pierced jewellery, hats or swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed) cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.

  • Shoes must be tried on indoors. If returned needs to be sent back in the original shoe box

  • Items must have all KERRY BOUTIQUE tags attached and shoes to be sent back in Shoe boxes. 

    • You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to KERRY BOUTIQUE. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.

  • We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our returns Policy

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Please send your package back to our warehouse, with your order number and details inside so we know the package is coming from you. Please use a tracked or signed for service as we cannot be liable for lost packages. You will need to pay the postage back to us.
